Cycle the Hudson Valley is just around the corner, and excitement is building as we get ready to welcome riders from near and far. Day 0 is all about getting settled in, picking up your materials, and connecting with fellow cyclists before we officially hit the road. It’s your chance to ease into the week, ask questions, and get fully prepared. Here is what we have planned, can’t wait to see you there!

Day 0 schedule:

9:00 AM–4:30 PM | Ride Information Available
Stop by for ride information and any last-minute questions before the tour begins.

9:00 AM–Finish | Self-Guided Ride Cue Sheets Available
Want to get out on two wheels before the official start? Pick up cue sheets at the Information Table for a self-guided ride.

1:30–4:30 PM | Rider Check-In & Registration
Check in and get ready for the week ahead.

2:00–5:00 PM | PTNY Merchandise for Sale
Browse PTNY merchandise at the Information Tent and pick up a souvenir!

3:30–4:30 PM | Special Presentation
Join engineering historian Reuben Hull in the Maureen Stapleton Theater.

4:00–5:00 PM | Appetizers, Wine & Beer
Relax, grab a snack, and connect with fellow riders before dinner.

5:00–7:00 PM | Dinner
Enjoy dinner and get to know the cyclists you’ll be sharing the journey with over the coming days.

6:00–6:45 PM | Opening Remarks
Help us officially kick off this year’s Cycle the Hudson Valley tour.

7:00–7:45 PM | Evening Presentation
Hear from PTNY’s Director of Policy and Planning, Dylan Carey, as he discusses PTNY’s work across New York and how your participation helps support parks and trails throughout the state.
