Join the Movement to Protect Public Lands

At Parks & Trails New York, we believe everyone has a role in caring for the state’s incredible parks, trails, and natural spaces. In partnership with the NYS Office of Parks Recreation & Historic Preservation and the Department of Environmental Conservation, Love Our New York Lands brings together volunteers, communities, and partners to protect and enhance millions of acres of public lands across the state. Through a series of hands-on volunteer events, education, and stewardship activities, Love Our New York Lands inspires people like you to get outside, give back, and help keep New York’s lands healthy and vibrant for generations to come.
