- E-BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CYCLE THE HUDSON VALLEY - PTNY is excited about the growth in popularity of e-bikes, allowing more people to enjoy the outdoors, yet guidance, infrastructure and laws have not kept up with this increased traffic. PTNY will continue to follow progress for allowing e-bikes, and we encourage any e-bike owner wanting to attend Cycle the Hudson Valley to check back in 2024. Additionally, consider attending our popular Cycle the Erie Canal, at which PTNY allows and supports Class I e-bikes.
