NOTE: no shuttle before the tour from NYC to Albany.

RIDE CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation fee - Until June 24, 2023 $200/person

Cancellation fee - After June 24, 2023 - $300/person

No ride refunds after July 7, 2023 - only credits after that, up to July 21, 2023.

Last Day to Get A Credit - July 21, 2023. Credit may only be applied to Cycle The Hudson Valley 2024

If you're cancelling the entire ride, only the ride cancellation fees will be charged, even if your ride included the shuttle.

All refunds will be issued in check form, and can take up to 3 weeks to process.
Cancellation fees increase per person after June 24, 2023
No shuttle refunds after July 7, 2023
No ride refunds after July 7, 2023; credits towards Cycle the Hudson Valley are available up until July 21, 2023.

CANCELLING JUST THE SHUTTLE

UP UNTIL JUNE 24, 2023 - If you're still joining us for the ride but need to cancel your shuttle reservation and receive a refund minus a $25 shuttle cancellation fee/person (fees increase on June 24, 2023), you must submit a shuttle cancellation form no later than July 7, 2023.

AFTER JUNE 24, 2023 Shuttle Cancellation fee increases to $40/person.

No shuttle refunds after July 7, 2023. There are no shuttle credits.

Cancelling the Ride - Ride Cancellation Form

To receive a refund of your ride registration and, if applicable, shuttle reservation fee, minus a $200 cancellation fee per rider (fees increase on June 24, 2023), you must submit a ride registration cancellation form no later than July 7, 2023 . If your refund request is made after July 7, 2023 and before July 22, 2023, you will be eligible to receive a credit for Cycle the Hudson Valley 2024 only. No shuttle reservation refunds or credits after July 7, 2023. No ride registration refunds or credits after July 21, 2023. All refunds are issued by check. NOTE: When cancelling both the ride and the shuttle together, you will not be charged an additional fee to chancel the shuttle.

After July 7 2023, to receive a credit towards Cycle the Hudson Valley 2024,

minus a cancellation fee per rider (fees increase on June 24, 2023), you must submit a ride registration cancellation request form no later than July 21, 2023. Credits can be used toward Cycle the Hudson Valley bike tour. No credits after July 21, 2023.

Volunteer on the Ride

Riders and drivers who volunteer enjoy a discounted registration fee. Volunteer riders are able to cycle part of the time. Volunteer roles include SAG and luggage truck drivers, rest stop help, route supervisors, route checking, and more.
