For almost two decades hundreds of cyclists have gathered in Buffalo to join Parks & Trails New York for their week-long ride across the Erie Canalway Trail.

See what some of those cyclists have shared about their journey on our Facebook pages from 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012.

You can also follow us on the Erie Canalway Trail Facebook page to find out about the latest tour and happenings along the trail.

We encourage and remind riders throughout the tour to share their experience with their followers using the tag, #CycleTheErie. Additional tags may yield bike tour-related material such as during 2017 when #ErieCanal200 was used in acknowledgement of the canal's bicentennial, and in 2018 when #CTECat20 was used for our 20th annual ride.
