Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a cancellation fee per rider, will be issued after completing this form if received by June 20 (instructions for submitting the form can be found on the form). After that, only credits for future tours will be issued, less a cancellation fee, with a written request if received by July 1.

Last day to receive a refund minus cancellation fee: June 20
No refunds and no changes for jersey orders or shuttle after June 20.
Last day to receive credit minus cancellation fee towards a future tour: July 1

Volunteer on the Ride

Riders and drivers who volunteer enjoy a discounted registration fee. Volunteer riders are able to cycle part of the time. Volunteer roles include SAG and luggage truck drivers, rest stop help, route supervisors, route checking, and more.
