Transforming Public lands Across the state

Alongside the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, we’re excited to announce the newest recipients of the NYS Park and Trail Partnership Program grants—made possible with support from Governor Hochul and the New York State Legislature.

These grants are available to Friends organizations that champion New York’s state parks, trails, and historic sites. The program helps these groups raise private funds for important capital projects, maintain and beautify park spaces, and deliver educational programs and special events that encourage communities to explore and enjoy New York’s public lands.
